Art Show 2008
Rocky Mountain Hi Chapter Members Art Show Changes
Due to schedule changes, the Art Show will be held
at the Luncheon in lieu of the annual Auction.
This will give you some extra time to get even
more paintings completed during the spring and
summer to enter! Pease make note of this change.
Since we will be having our activity at a new location,
we are looking forward to having a fun and successful September
luncheon and Art Show.
Some of the categories were modified last year so you
will find the rules and categories list elsewhere.
You are encouraged to complete some painted pieces to
enter in September. If you have some questions or suggestions,
please let me know soon to enable us to get the changes
in the July newsletter for everyone to get the latest information.
The Rules for our 2008 Art Shows are:
1. Each entrant must be a member in good standing.
2. There will be one art show on Friday, September 12th,
2008, which will be divided between a Student/Member Art
Show and a Teacher’s Art Show. (Note: Once a teacher
you can not revert to the Student/Member Art Show.)
3. One entry per category per entrant, Category is determined
by the entrant.
4. Each piece must be painted or completed within the last
twelve (12) months.
5. Names must be covered.
NO Fees
First and Second place ribbons will be awarded.
Plan to enter lots of beautiful painted pieces! Please bring easels for items that you want to stand up for viewing.
